BEAUTICIAN – FACE & BODY TREATMENTS - MAISON DE BEAUTE CARITA

1. ROLE & MISSION

The Beautician – Face & Body Treatments embodies the technical excellence and refinement of Maison Carita. As a brand ambassador, they contribute to offering each client a state of mind of well-being and performance through exceptional treatments. They are the technical expert in skincare, a trusted advisor, and the guardian of the Carita cabin experience, operating in a high-end setting with a discerning clientele. Their objective: to enhance each client's beauty, build loyalty, and actively contribute to the Maison's reputation.

2. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Welcome & Client Experience

  • Provide a personalized and warm welcome to each client in the treatment room, adhering to Carita's codes of elegance, discretion, and kindness.
  • Conduct in-depth consultations before each treatment: gathering history, assessing skin conditions, understanding objectives, and identifying contraindications to recommend and perform a perfectly adapted treatment.
  • Perform all face and body treatments from the Carita menu, mastering the professional Carita techniques for which comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Ensure the perfect quality of treatment execution: cabin preparation (cleanliness, atmosphere, temperature, music), optimal client comfort, strict adherence to Carita protocols, durations, and treatment rhythm.
  • Master the machines and equipment specific to face and body protocols, as well as skin biology, advanced cosmetology, and key ingredients of Carita products.

Operational & Administrative Management

  • Scrupulously ensure hygiene, tool sterilization, cleanliness of the cabin and treatment areas, and compliance with standards (safety, comfort, brand image).
  • Actively participate in internal training offered by Maison Carita, stay informed about new products and brand protocols, as well as general skincare and beauty trends to continuously enrich their expertise.
  • Collaborate closely with the team (Host/Hostess, spa management) to ensure a fluid, coherent, and premium client experience.

Clienteling & Loyalty

  • Ensure personalized follow-up with clients after the treatment, proposing at-home routine recommendations and encouraging rebooking.
  • Memorize the preferences and specificities of each client to offer an increasingly personalized and exclusive experience during subsequent visits.
  • Build client loyalty by offering tailored advice and attentive post-treatment follow-up.

Sales & Business Support

  • Advise and sell associated Carita cosmetic products, proposing at-home care and recommending a personalized routine after a targeted needs diagnosis.
  • Achieve sales targets for Carita products after services, relying on in-depth knowledge of the brand and product benefits.
  • Actively participate in revenue generation by highlighting complementary products and services.

3. SKILLS & EXPERTISE

Relational & Emotional Expertise

  • Elegant presentation, impeccable professional attire, and behavior consistent with the image of a luxury Maison.
  • High emotional intelligence: active listening, empathy, ability to decipher non-verbal language, and adapt to each client's personality and expectations.
  • Excellence in client experience: keen attention to detail, anticipation of needs, and ability to personalize the welcome and treatment in the cabin.

Operational Skills

  • Mastery of Carita face and body treatment protocols, non-medical aesthetic treatments, and in-depth knowledge of skin and its physiology.
  • Rigor, reliability, and autonomy in cabin management and treatment execution.
  • Good command of IT/office tools, particularly appointment management and client follow-up systems.

Commercial Skills

  • Strong aptitude for selling high-end cosmetic products and for personalized consulting.
  • Ability to propose, argue, and close sales of Carita products and complementary services, while maintaining a high-end advisory stance.
  • Mastery of the Carita brand's storytelling and iconic products, for relevant and inspiring argumentation.

4. DESIRED PROFILE

  • Mandatory State Diploma in Esthetics (or recognized equivalent).
  • Significant experience (minimum 2 to 5 years) in a high-end spa or institute environment, ideally with a demanding clientele.
  • Naturally passionate about beauty, skincare, well-being, and cosmetic innovation.
  • Proficiency in English (oral, written) is a definite asset for our international clientele.
  • Rigor, professionalism, punctuality, absolute discretion, and an innate sense of service.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with potential availability on weekends or unconventional hours depending on the institute's needs.

  • Client satisfaction level following treatments and qualitative feedback.
  • Quality of treatment execution and adherence to Carita protocols.
  • Rebooking and client loyalty rates.
  • Conversion rate for Carita cosmetic product sales.
  • Achievement of individual and collective sales targets.
  • Mastery and knowledge of new Carita products and techniques.
