Beauty Advisor (Female)

Job Summary:
The Beauty Advisor is responsible for providing excellent customer service, offering professional beauty advice, and promoting cosmetic and skincare products to customers. The role involves understanding customer needs, recommending suitable products, and achieving sales targets while maintaining brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and understand their beauty and skincare needs
• Provide product demonstrations and expert advice on cosmetics, skincare, and beauty products
• Promote and sell products to achieve individual and store sales targets
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and beauty trends
• Ensure proper product display, cleanliness, and stock arrangement
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
• Assist in stock checking, replenishment, and inventory control
• Follow company policies, grooming standards, and hygiene practices

Requirements and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a Beauty Advisor, Sales Associate, or similar role is preferred
• Knowledge of cosmetics, skincare, and beauty products
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented with a friendly and confident personality
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong sales and customer service skills
• Product knowledge and demonstration skills
• Communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Teamwork and time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR4,000.00 per month
