BEAUTY AND LASER THERAPIST

DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• • Evaluate clients beauty needs by performing skin analyses with the guidance of the dermatologist when required.
  • Ability to provide personalized treatment plans and home skincare products.
  • Knowledge of medical-grade skincare products and beauty trends.
  • Perform various treatments based on clients needs and doctor s recommendations in a time-efficient manner.
  • Administering variety of aesthetic procedures not limited to laser hair removal.
  • Properly sterilizing beauty tools and equipment after every use.
  • Report inventory usage to Therapist/ Laser Team Leader to ensure stocks are refilled daily.
  • Enhance cross-selling and up-selling by advising homecare treatments and referring clients to other departments.
  • Continuous education and learning about the latest techniques with machines and products.
  • Participate in internal and external education courses and training.
  • Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Achieve personal and departmental targets.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• • Bachelor s in Nursing with Laser Certificates or Diploma in Beauty Therapy.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Beauty/Laser therapy.
  • Having a strong understanding of Aesthetics treatment and Medical grade Skin Care.
  • Excellent customer-service and communication skills.
  • Good Cross-selling and Up-selling skills.
  • Proactive and willingness to learn.
