Position Summary
As a Beauty Artist at Deka+, your primary focus will be providing lash extensions, lash lifts, facials, and brow services while delivering an exceptional client experience. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about the beauty industry, enjoys working in a team environment, and takes pride in helping clients look and feel their best.

Responsibilities
Consult with clients to understand their goals and recommend the services that best fit their needs.
Deliver a high level of customer service from the initial consultation through checkout.
Educate clients on aftercare, maintenance, and recommended service frequency.
Support studio growth by promoting memberships, retail products, and additional services when appropriate.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area in accordance with health and safety standards.
Work collaboratively with the team to create a warm, professional, and welcoming studio environment.

Requirements
Licensed esthetician or cosmetologist, based on state requirements.
Previous lash experience is a plus, but not required. Training is provided.
Strong communication skills and a passion for the beauty industry.
Friendly, dependable, coachable, and motivated to grow in a fast-paced studio environment.
