Operations & Administration

  • Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality service delivery.
  • Manage staff schedules, attendance, and duty rosters to ensure adequate coverage.
  • Monitor inventory levels of skincare products, equipment, and supplies; coordinate timely ordering and replenishment.
  • Ensure compliance with DHA/DOH guidelines, company policies, and health & safety standards.
  • Supervise the cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of the clinic premises and equipment.
  • Prepare operational reports and update management on clinic performance.

Customer Service & Client Experience

  • Ensure excellent client experience from reception to treatment completion.
  • Handle client concerns, complaints, or special requests professionally and promptly.
  • Oversee front desk operations such as appointment booking, client registration, and payments.
  • Maintain a high standard of hospitality and customer satisfaction.

Staff Supervision & Coordination

  • Lead and supervise the team of therapists, nurses, receptionists, and support staff.
  • Conduct staff training, performance evaluations, and coaching sessions.
  • Ensure staff adhere to service protocols, grooming standards, and customer service guidelines.

Financial & Sales Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily sales, service revenue, and cash handling procedures.
  • Support and drive sales of packages, promotions, and aesthetic products.
  • Assist in developing targets, KPIs, and operational budgets.
  • Reduce operational expenses by optimizing resources and preventing unnecessary costs.

Marketing & Business Development

  • Coordinate with marketing team for promotions, events, and social media campaigns.
  • Monitor client feedback and market trends to propose service improvements.
  • Assist in launching new services, products, and seasonal offers.

Regulatory & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
  • Ensure DHA/DOH licenses, staff certifications, and clinic permits are updated.
  • Prepare necessary documents for audits, inspections, and renewals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,500.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
