Duties

• Greet customers warmly at the front desk and establish a friendly rapport to enhance their shopping experience
• Conduct product demos and makeup applications to showcase new products and techniques
• Assist clients with selecting beauty products tailored to their needs, preferences, and skin types
• Manage social media platforms by creating engaging content, promoting products, and increasing brand visibility
• Upsell complementary products and services to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, transactions, and inventory management
• Maintain organized stock shelves, restock merchandise, and ensure proper merchandising standards are met

Requirements

• Proven experience in beauty & cosmetics sales or retail environments; cosmetology background is a plus
• Familiarity with salon software such as Millennium or similar platforms for scheduling and client management
• Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly desirable for serving diverse clientele
• Knowledge of social media management tools and techniques for promoting products effectively
• Ability to perform makeup applications confidently and demonstrate product demos clearly
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly phone etiquette approach for client interactions over the phone or in person
• Basic math skills for retail math calculations, cash handling, and inventory counts
• Organizational skills for stocking, merchandising, and maintaining a clean front desk area
• Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy retail setting
