Our Miami Dadeland location is looking for a passionate Beauty Consultant & Esthetician to help clients achieve their skincare and beauty goals.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Beauty Consultant & Esthetician to provide skincare treatments, educate clients on aesthetic services, and assist in recommending personalized skincare solutions. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about beauty, enjoys working in a medspa environment, and excels in customer service and sales.

Responsibilities

• Perform facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, microneedling, and other advanced skincare treatments.
• Educate clients on skincare products, treatments, and services offered at 4Ever Young.
• Conduct skin analysis and consultations, recommending personalized treatment plans.
• Assist clients in selecting medical-grade skincare products to enhance their results.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment areas and equipment.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest aesthetic and skincare trends.
• Provide outstanding customer service to build strong, long-term client relationships.

Requirements

✅ Licensure: Must be a licensed Esthetician in the state of Florida.
✅ Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a medspa, spa, or dermatology clinic preferred.
✅ Product Knowledge: Familiarity with medical-grade skincare brands and treatments.

✅ Hydrafacial Experience: Profecient with Hydrafacial machine.
✅ Sales Skills: Ability to educate and upsell skincare products and services.
✅ Professionalism: A passion for beauty, excellent communication skills, and a warm, welcoming attitude.
