Job Overview:
We are a luxury medical spa in Miami looking for a talented and experienced Facial Aesthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about skincare, results-driven treatments, and providing an exceptional client experience. You will play a key role in helping clients achieve healthy, radiant skin through customized treatments and professional guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced facial treatments tailored to individual skin types and concerns
• Provide services such as facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other skincare treatments
• Conduct in-depth skin analyses and consultations
• Educate clients on skincare routines, products, and post-treatment care
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in treatment rooms
• Recommend and upsell appropriate skincare products and services
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

Qualifications:

• Active Esthetician license in the state of Florida
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a spa or medical aesthetic setting
• Strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and treatment techniques
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a medical spa or alongside medical professionals
• Familiarity with advanced treatments and skincare technologies
• Sales experience with skincare products and service packages

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
