The Beauty Advisor works with providing excellent customer service and driving sales in the beauty department of a retail store.
The Beauty Advisor should have a strong understanding of beauty products, trends, and techniques, and be able to recommend and demonstrate products to customers. The Beauty Advisor should also have a friendly and approachable demeanor to create a positive shopping experience for customers.
Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assist them in finding the right beauty products for their needs

Demonstrate and recommend products to customers, explaining their benefits and application techniques

Keep up-to-date with beauty trends and products to provide accurate and helpful information to customers

Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves

Achieve personal and store sales targets - Provide exceptional customer service

Participate in training and product knowledge sessions to continuously improve selling skills and stay updated on new products
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Prior experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the beauty industry

Knowledge of beauty products, trends, and techniques

Exceptional customer service skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
