Job Summary

Responsible for promoting and selling beauty and cosmetic products to retail outlets, salons, and individual clients. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, increasing market share, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell a wide range of beauty and cosmetic products to existing and potential customers (retail shops, salons, beauty clinics).

Demonstrate product features, provide samples, and educate customers on usage and benefits.

Identify new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships.

Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales agreements.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and share insights with management.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure after-sales support.

Maintain accurate records of sales, customer data, and inventory levels.

Requirements

Proven experience in beauty or cosmetics sales (retail or wholesale).

Strong communication and negotiation skills in Arabic and English.

Passion for beauty trends and product knowledge.

Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure.

High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field is a plus.
