Retail Sales Executive – LS2 Helmets & Riding Gear

About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to represent LS2, a global leader in motorcycle helmets and riding gear. The role involves driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring effective product presentation at our Jeddah location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell LS2 helmets, apparel, and accessories to retail and corporate customers.
• Provide professional product knowledge and assist customers in making the right purchase.
• Maintain an attractive and organized merchandise display in the showroom.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support.
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with the warehouse, and ensure stock availability.
• Stay updated on product features, promotions, and new launches.

Requirements:

• Saudi National (preferred).
• High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent.
• Prior retail sales experience, preferably in apparel, sports, or automotive accessories.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with a proactive sales approach.
• Passion for motorcycles or riding gear will be a strong advantage.
