Elaris Beauty Salon, a premium luxury beauty destination located in Business Bay, Dubai, is seeking a Beauty & Cosmetics Salesperson to elevate our retail experience and drive product sales through expert consultation and luxury-level client engagement.
This role is ideal for a confident beauty sales professional with strong product knowledge and a passion for delivering personalized recommendations. You will play a key role in increasing retail revenue, improving client conversion, and ensuring clients leave with the correct aftercare and home-use products to maintain and enhance their salon results.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly and provide professional consultations based on skin, hair, and beauty needs
- Recommend and sell premium skincare, haircare, and cosmetic products
- Upsell and cross-sell using personalized routines, bundles, and add-on solutions
- Promote aftercare and home-care products aligned with salon services and treatments
- Collaborate with stylists and therapists to recommend the correct post-service products
- Maintain luxury retail standards, including clean shelves, organized displays, and visual merchandising
- Handle POS transactions, billing, product tagging, and accurate sales reporting
- Assist with inventory management, stock checks, expiry monitoring, and restocking
- Participate in promotions, seasonal campaigns, product launches, and in-salon offers
- Build long-term client relationships to encourage repeat purchases and brand loyalty
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in beauty or cosmetics retail sales (salon experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of skincare, haircare, and cosmetic products, including routines and benefits
- Proven ability to upsell, cross-sell, and work with monthly sales targets
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and closing skills
- Confident, professional personality with a polished appearance suitable for a luxury salon
- Comfortable using POS systems and handling daily sales entries
- Ability to perform quick beauty consultations (skin type, hair concerns, product matching)
- Basic understanding of inventory control, stock movement, and expiry checks
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends in Business Bay, Dubai
- Experience with luxury salons, premium retail, or high-end beauty brands is highly preferred
- Multilingual skills are a plus (Arabic, Russian, Tagalog, Hindi)
- Familiarity with UAE beauty market trends and luxury customer expectations
