We are looking for an experienced Beauty Specialist / Laser Therapist who is passionate about aesthetics, knowledgeable in advanced facial and laser technologies, and skilled in delivering a premium experience to every patient.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced aesthetic and laser treatments including Hydrafacial Syndeo, Curas Laser, and Pento Laser in accordance with clinic protocols and DHA guidelines.
• Conduct detailed skin analyses and develop personalized beauty and treatment plans tailored to patient needs and goals.
• Maintain a strong online or professional platform/portfolio showcasing previous work, patient transformations, or case studies.
• Deliver consistent, safe, and high-quality services while maintaining excellent patient care and satisfaction.
• Educate patients on post-treatment care, skincare routines, and recommended follow-up sessions.
• Stay updated on the latest technologies, skin treatments, and trends in the aesthetics industry.
• Support clinic promotions, cross-sell services, and collaborate closely with the medical and marketing teams to highlight successful results.
• Maintain accurate treatment records and uphold the clinic’s cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience as a Beauty Therapist / Laser Specialist (UAE experience highly preferred).
• DHA license or eligibility as a Laser Therapist / Beauty Therapist.
• Proven hands-on experience using Hydrafacial Syndeo, Curas, and Pento laser systems.
• Strong knowledge of aesthetic skincare and facial rejuvenation protocols.
• Ability to assess and design custom beauty plans aligned with clinic standards and patient goals.
• Presentable, confident, and professional with excellent communication skills.
• Patient-focused approach, demonstrating empathy and attention to detail.
• Strong online or offline portfolio/platform showcasing previous work (before/after results, educational content, or client testimonials).

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
