Beauty Operations & Business Development Manager

Elaris Beauty Ecosystem is rapidly expanding across the UAE and is looking for an exceptional Operations & Business Development Manager to lead growth, profitability, and new business initiatives.

This is not a traditional branch management role. We are seeking a growth-oriented leader who can drive revenue, launch new business lines, and play a key role in building one of the region's most ambitious beauty brands.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage the performance of three active beauty branches

- Increase revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency

- Launch and develop Bridal Services Division

- Expand Beauty Home Service operations

- Expand Home Massage Service operations

- Design and execute sales campaigns and special events

- Develop partnerships with hotels, corporations, and strategic partners

- Support product sales and e-commerce growth initiatives

- Participate in franchise expansion and new branch openings

- Implement customer acquisition and retention strategies

- Lead, train, and develop operational teams

- Prepare business performance reports and growth plans

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of management experience in Beauty, Wellness, Hospitality, Retail, or Service Industries

- Proven experience managing multiple locations

- Strong background in Operations, Sales, and Business Development

- Ability to launch and execute new business initiatives

- Excellent leadership and team management skills

- Fluent English communication skills

- UAE market experience is highly preferred
