The Beauty Sales Supervisor is responsible for leading the sales team, driving revenue growth, and ensuring excellent customer service within the beauty or aesthetic business. This role involves supervising daily sales operations, training staff, achieving sales targets, and maintaining high brand and service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and motivate the beauty sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and customer retention
Monitor daily sales performance and prepare sales reports for management
Ensure exceptional customer experience and handle escalated customer concerns
Train, coach, and onboard new beauty sales staff on products, services, and sales techniques
Coordinate with marketing teams on promotions, campaigns, and offers
Maintain knowledge of beauty products, treatments, and industry trends
Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing, and ethical sales practices
Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage
Maintain inventory coordination with operations/store teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in beauty, cosmetics, skincare, aesthetic clinic, or salon sales
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Target-driven with strong negotiation and closing skills
Customer-focused mindset
Knowledge of CRM systems and sales reporting tools is an advantage
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
