The Louis Vuitton Beauty Stylist is a dedicated expert in beauty, playing a critical role in establishing the Maison’s reputation in its new métier. As a skilled professional, you will deliver exceptional client experiences, combine technical expertise with innovative storytelling, and act as an ambassador for the Louis Vuitton beauty vision. Additionally, you will inspire and elevate the in-store teams by sharing knowledge and contributing to a culture of excellence.
Missions
Delivering an Elevated Client Experience:
Create unforgettable and tailored client journeys by understanding and addressing individual needs and desires.
Develop long-term relationships with clients, ensuring loyalty and trust by offering customized beauty advice.
Exceed client expectations by showcasing a deep understanding of their unique tastes and offering creative beauty solutions.
Demonstrating Technical Expertise:
Apply advanced makeup artistry skills to elevate the presentation of Louis Vuitton’s beauty products.
Provide expert guidance on product selection, color matching, and application techniques.
Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, tools, and innovations to maintain cutting-edge expertise.
Brand Storytelling and Education:
Share Louis Vuitton’s artistic heritage and craftsmanship through storytelling, connecting clients with the brand’s ethos and identity.
Support the team by conducting training sessions, diffusing product knowledge, and aligning the team with the beauty line’s manifesto.
Contribute to elevating the team’s skills by mentoring and setting an example of excellence in beauty expertise.
Profil
Maintaining High Standards in the Workplace:
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the beauty station, adhering to strict hygiene standards.
Maintain impeccable grooming that reflects the Louis Vuitton luxury image.
Ensure the beauty areas consistently represent the Maison’s aesthetic of elegance and sophistication.
Collaboration and Team Spirit:
Work closely with the store team to ensure seamless integration of the beauty line within the global LV ecosystem.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury beauty or makeup retail
- Proven expertise in delivering luxury client services with personalization focus
