Beauty Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and licensed Beauty Therapist / Skincare Specialist to join our prestigious medical and aesthetic center in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Arabic, with proven expertise in advanced skincare treatments, exceptional customer service, and comprehensive knowledge of the latest beauty technologies and dermatological equipment.

The candidate is expected to be passionate about skin health and beauty, committed to delivering premium services, and capable of building strong and trustworthy relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of advanced skincare treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, hydrafacials, skin rejuvenation, and non-invasive cosmetic procedures.
• Assess clients’ skin conditions and provide personalized treatment plans with aftercare guidance.
• Adhere strictly to hygiene and sterilization standards in compliance with UAE health and safety regulations.
• Provide professional consultations to clients, explaining treatment details, expected outcomes, and aftercare instructions.
• Operate and maintain skincare and laser equipment (if licensed/qualified).
• Collaborate with dermatologists and aesthetic doctors to ensure holistic client care.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and products in skincare and aesthetics.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships by delivering premium service and ensuring satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets by recommending appropriate treatments and products.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Valid UAE healthcare license (DOH/HAAD or equivalent) as a Beauty Therapist / Skincare Specialist.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience in skincare or beauty therapy, preferably within medical centers, aesthetic clinics, or luxury spas in the UAE.
• Fluency in Arabic with strong communication skills in English.
• In-depth knowledge of skin anatomy, dermatological concerns, and aesthetic procedures.
• Proficiency in facial treatments, chemical peels, hydrafacials, dermaplaning, and advanced skincare protocols.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a multidisciplinary medical team.
• Strong sales-oriented mindset with the ability to recommend treatments and skincare products.
• High level of professionalism, punctuality, and ethical standards.
