Beauty Therapist

Role Summary

EBH Academy is looking for an experienced and passionate Beauty Therapist Trainer to deliver high-quality theoretical and practical training to students pursuing careers in beauty therapy, aesthetics, skincare, body treatments, and wellness services.

The Beauty Therapist Trainer will be responsible for teaching, mentoring, assessing, and developing students in line with EBH Academy standards, professional beauty industry requirements, and international training expectations. The role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire students to become confident, professional, and client-focused beauty therapists.

Key ResponsibilitiesTraining & Teaching

• Deliver theory and practical training in beauty therapy, skincare, facials, body treatments, hygiene, client care, and salon/clinic standards.
• Demonstrate professional treatment techniques clearly and safely.
• Prepare lesson plans, training materials, practical demonstrations, assessments, and student activities.
• Ensure students understand treatment protocols, contraindications, aftercare, consultation procedures, and professional ethics.
• Support students in developing confidence, technique, timing, customer service, and professional presentation.

Practical Supervision

• Supervise students during practical sessions and model/client practice.
• Correct techniques and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure all treatments are performed safely, hygienically, and according to EBH Academy standards.
• Monitor student progress and identify areas requiring additional coaching.

Assessment & Student Development

• Conduct practical and theoretical assessments.
• Maintain accurate student attendance, progress, assessment, and feedback records.
• Prepare students for internal and external examinations where applicable.
• Mentor students on career readiness, client communication, retail advice, and professional conduct.

Academy Standards & Compliance

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, infection control, and safety in all training areas.
• Ensure training rooms, equipment, products, and tools are prepared before each session.
• Follow EBH Academy policies, professional beauty standards, and UAE regulatory expectations.
• Support the Academy in maintaining strong training quality and professional credibility.

Curriculum & Business Support

• Assist in updating course content, treatment manuals, student handouts, and practical checklists.
• Support new course development, workshops, demonstrations, and short beauty training programmes.
• Participate in student orientation, open days, academy events, and marketing demonstrations when required.
• Support EBH Academy’s growth as a professional beauty and aesthetics training institution.

Required Qualifications

• Professional qualification in Beauty Therapy, Aesthetics, Skincare, or related field.
• CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC, VTCT, or equivalent international beauty qualification preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a beauty therapist, aesthetic therapist, or spa/clinic therapist.
• Previous teaching, training, mentoring, or assessor experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of skincare, facial treatments, body treatments, hygiene, client consultation, and contraindications.
• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
• UAE experience is preferred.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
