About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Beauty Trainer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training salon professionals on the latest beauty techniques, products, services, and industry best practices. This role is perfect for someone who loves education, mentoring, and helping beauty professionals grow their skills and confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training sessions for salon staff and beauty professionals.
• Educate teams on beauty products, treatments, and salon services.
• Develop training materials, workshops, and educational programs.
• Assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and product innovations.
• Support salon teams in achieving service excellence and sales goals.
• Conduct in-salon demonstrations and hands-on practical training.
• Build strong relationships with salon owners, managers, and staff.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Beauty Trainer, Educator, or Beauty Professional.
• Strong knowledge of beauty treatments, skincare, haircare, or salon operations.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and coaching skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Certification or qualifications in beauty therapy, cosmetology, or a related field preferred.
• Willingness to travel between salon locations if required.
