Beauty Trainer / Salon Trainer

We are seeking a talented and confident Beauty Trainer to train our beauticians in Nails, Eyelash Extensions, and Basic Waxing, while also supporting with basic admin and inventory tasks.
The ideal candidate must be skilled, organized, and capable of maintaining high service standards across both in-salon and home-service operations.

Key Responsibilities1. Training & Skill Development

• Train beauticians in:
• Classic, Hybrid & Volume Eyelash Extensions
• Manicure & Pedicure
• Nail Extensions (Acrylic/Gel/Polygel)
• Basic Waxing Techniques
• Conduct training for new joiners and refresher training for existing staff.
• Evaluate staff performance and identify training needs.
• Prepare training materials, SOPs, and assessments.
• Ensure staff follow hygiene, safety, and service-quality standards.

2. Quality Control

• Monitor technicians’ performance in-salon & during home-service.
• Correct improper techniques and guide staff to maintain brand standards.
• Conduct periodic service audits.

3. Admin & Inventory Support

• Assist with basic salon admin tasks (scheduling, documentation, reporting).
• Help track stock usage and support weekly inventory checks.
• Coordinate with management for product needs and training schedules.

4. Operations Support

• Assist during staff onboarding and skill evaluation.
• Provide product knowledge sessions.
• Maintain organized training records and staff development logs.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years experience in beauty training or as a senior lash/nail technician.
• Strong skills in:
• Eyelash Extensions (classic/hybrid/volume)
• Nails (manicure/pedicure/extensions)
• Basic knowledge of waxing is required.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to train both beginners and advanced level staff.
• Professional, organized, and able to handle admin/inventory tasks.
• Must be in UAE or willing to relocate.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month

Expected hours: 9 per week

Experience:

• Beauty trainer: 2 years (Preferred)
