Job Description
The Bedaya Program is a pre-graduate initiative aimed at engaging Emirati university students during their education. This program offers flexible scheduling, comprehensive training, and global opportunities, preparing participants for full-time careers in banking and enhancing their chances of joining the prestigious Ethraa & MTP Graduate Programs.

Learning Journey
- Induction: 1-day onboarding and orientation
- Foundation: 4 weeks of banking fundamentals and governance modules
- Exploration: 4 weeks of on-the-job training and mentorship
- Transition: 1 week of career workshops and professional development
Responsibilities
- Participate in structured training during university breaks
- Engage in cross-functional projects and on-the-job learning
- Complete curated e-learning and mentorship sessions
- Prepare for transition to full-time career through workshops and assessments
Qualifications
- UAE National with a Family Book
- 3rd or 4th year university student
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Majors include:
- Finance, Accounting, Business Administration
- Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity
- Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Industrial Engineering
- Economics, International Relations, Political Science, Corporate Law, Financial Technology
