The Legal Department is responsible for providing comprehensive legal support and advisory services to all units within the bank to safeguard its interests and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The unit supports the review and drafting of contracts and agreements, manages litigation cases, and coordinates with external legal counsel on disputes and recovery matters across Corporate, Retail, and SME segments. Additionally, the department contributes to the legal assessment of new products and initiatives, handles regulatory and court-related matters, and ensures proper documentation, including registration of securities such as mortgages and movable assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and updating litigation cases.
• Coordinate with external law firms and internal departments.
• Prepare and review basic legal documents and reports.
• Maintain accurate case records and system updates.
• Support legal team in day-to-day activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Law (Legal)
• Emirati with valid Family-Book
• Graduated within the last 2 years
• No prior banking or insurance experience required
