Position Summary
The Beds & Therapeutic Surfaces (BTS) Sales Specialist drives strategic sales growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new opportunities. You will design and execute a territory plan that advances Agiliti’s Equipment Value Management (EVM) framework—delivering solutions that improve safety, quality, and efficiency within hospital environments.
This role supports solutions across:

Skin injury prevention

Bariatric safety

Early mobility

Patient handling equipment

Rentals, onsite managed programs, and clinical engineering services
What You’ll Do

Drive new business by identifying, qualifying, and closing opportunities

Build and execute a territory plan using the Equipment Value Management (EVM) framework

Manage relationships with hospital leaders and clinical teams

Conduct business reviews and tailor solutions to customer needs

Use insight selling to connect customer challenges with Agiliti solutions

Collaborate with Territory Executives and cross‑functional teammates
What You Bring

BS/BA required; clinical background preferred
-
2+ years healthcare or specialty equipment sales experience
-
Experience selling services helpful

Strong communication, organization, and consultative selling skills
-
Ability to travel up to 60%
-
Valid, unrestricted driver’s license and safe driving record
