Job Description:
We are looking for a BCBA-certified Behavior Analyst to join our healthcare/therapy team in the UAE.

Requirements:

• BCBA Certification - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Mandatory)
• Valid UAE License Or eligibility letter OR in process (DHA / CDA / DOH / MOH)
• Arabic speaker required
• Experience in behavioral assessment and therapy plans
• Good communication and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral assessments and evaluations
• Prepare and implement behavior intervention plans
• Work with children/adults with behavioral needs
• Monitor progress and modify treatment plans
• Coordinate with therapists, parents, and caregivers

Experience:

• Behavior Analyst/Therapy : 3 years (Required)
• working in UAE/GCC: 1 year (Required)
