Key responsibilities and day to day responsibilities of this position:
The Behavior Analyst Trainees at USDC work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and with other team members to provide and improve behavioral health services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The Behaviorists as USDC work on a holistic, beautiful, residential campus to conduct functional behavior assessments, develop and train behavior support plans, and collaborate across the interdisciplinary teams. They also train staff members in behavior support and intervention. BCBA Fieldwork supervision is provided.

About the Role
This internship position is designed to assist students in the completion of their Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certificationThis internship provides masters level students from an accredited institution of higher education the fieldwork hours they need to meet the BCBA requirements. USDC will provide supervision by a BCBA. Interns are responsible to complete their supervision documentation according to the deadlines.
