Job Title: Behavior Therapist (English Department) non arab kids

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Therapist to join our center in Ajman, working with English-speaking children with special educational needs. The ideal candidate will support children’s behavioral, social, and emotional development through structured and individualized intervention plans.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or Psychology (mandatory)
• UAE degree equivalency (mandatory)
• Valid UAE residence visa (mandatory)
• Experience working with children with special needs is needed
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Strong behavior management and communication skills
• Patient, professional, and compassionate

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess children’s behavioral needs and develop individualized intervention plans
• Implement behavior modification strategies (e.g., reinforcement, prompting, shaping, extinction)
• Support children with behavioral challenges, developmental delays, and learning difficulties
• Track progress and maintain accurate session notes and reports
• Collaborate with therapists, teachers, and the multidisciplinary team
• Maintain a structured, safe, and supportive environment
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding progress and strategies
• Follow center policies and child safeguarding procedures
