Outpatient Therapist opening with Samaritan Health in Oregon – Hybrid schedule!

Samaritan Health Services, a non-profit integrated health care delivery system, is seeking a hybrid in-person/telehealth Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage Family Therapist, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join us in friendly Lebanon, OR (PSLF-Eligible).

Job Requirements:

• LPC, LMFT or LCSW that can practice independently in Oregon and must meet credentialing standards.
Prior experience in integrated behavioral health or substance use treatment settings is a plus.
