Shift Timings: 07:00 PM to 04:00 AM PST
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Employment Type: Full Time and Onsite

Position Overview:

We are seeking Behavioral Health Counselor/Clinical Psychologist to support USA-based patients who screen positive for elevated depression and anxiety symptoms. This role focuses on outreach and brief therapeutic intervention on call for patients with high CES-D-R (Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale – Revised) scores, providing timely, personalized mental health support beyond generalized educational materials.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in depression and anxiety interventions, comfortable with telephonic outreach to patients in USA, and skilled in delivering evidence-based coping strategies tailored to individual patient needs.

Key Responsibilities:

-Provide individual and/or group counseling sessions

-Assess behavioral, emotional, and psychological concerns

-Develop and implement personalized treatment plans

-Maintain confidential and accurate client records

-Deliver mental health awareness or wellness sessions (if required)

-Collaborate with psychiatrists, HR teams, or healthcare professionals

-Follow ethical guidelines and professional standards

Job Requirements:

Education (Mandatory):

-A degree in Psychology/Psychiatry or Clinical Psychology

-Degree must be from an HEC-recognized university

Experience:

-Supervised clinical training required

-Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred (fresh graduates with strong clinical exposure may apply)

Skills & Competencies:

-Strong English communication and active listening skills

-Knowledge of evidence-based therapies (e.g., CBT)

-Empathy, professionalism, and ethical practice

-Ability to work independently and within a team
