Behavioral Health Specialist/Case Manager/ Certified Community Health Worker

Life Enhancement Services, an outpatient mental health agency is looking to hire Full and Part time Case Managers/Community Qualified Mental Health Professional/ Qualified Behavioral Health Specialist in Columbus, OH.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Effective communication and written skills are vital.
• Ability to write mental health notes that captures intervention provided and response from client.
• Knowledge of mental illness and support services.
• Self-Motivated and extremely organized.
• Utilizing evidence-based techniques.
• Ability to collaborate with other Case Managers and Therapist providing client support.
• Ability to work with diverse clients and adapt to setting.
• Skills to assist client in achieving increased level of independence in the community.
• Work with clients in the local community settings.
• Proficient in utilizing technology such as Microsoft Office and electronic health record systems.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s Degree or High School Diploma with 3+years experience

CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT:

• Satisfactory Background investigation
• Valid OH driver’s license and proof of personal vehicle insurance coverage
• Ability to successfully complete service-specific training courses
