Behaviour Therapist

This is a full-time on-site role for a Behavioral Therapist. The Behavioral Therapist will be responsible for using Applied Behavior Analysis and Behavior Analysis to design and implement behavior interventions, conducting assessments and evaluations, and working one-on-one with children with special needs. The Behavioral Therapist will also need to have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with families and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, Behavior Analysis, and working with children with special needs
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology or related field
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with families and colleagues
• Knowledge of current research and methodologies related to behavior therapy
• Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis is preferred
• Experience using Positive Behavior Support and other evidence-based practices
• Ability to develop and implement individualized behavior plans
