Position Summary

The Bellboy is responsible for providing courteous, professional, and efficient assistance to guests upon arrival and departure. This includes handling luggage, escorting guests to rooms, delivering messages or packages, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Guest Assistance

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with unloading luggage from vehicles.
  • Escort guests to their rooms, explain room features, and provide hotel information.
  • Handle guests’ luggage efficiently during check-in and check-out.
  • Assist guests with directions, transportation arrangements, and general inquiries.

2. Luggage & Deliveries

  • Safely store and retrieve luggage in the luggage room as required.
  • Deliver packages, messages, or amenities to guest rooms promptly and accurately.
  • Ensure guests’ belongings are handled with care and confidentiality.

3. Lobby & Entrance Management

  • Maintain cleanliness and order in the lobby and entrance areas.
  • Assist in keeping the main entrance clear and welcoming for arriving and departing guests.
  • Coordinate with the front desk and concierge for guest arrivals and departures.

4. Guest Service & Communication

  • Provide courteous and prompt assistance at all times.
  • Respond to guest requests professionally and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Report any guest concerns or maintenance issues to the front office immediately.

5. Safety & Procedures

  • Adhere to hotel safety and security procedures at all times.
  • Ensure all guest luggage is properly tagged and tracked.
  • Assist during emergencies by following evacuation and safety protocols
