We are seeking a friendly, service‑oriented Bell / Valet Runner to join our hospitality team at Kaʻanapali Beach Maui. This role plays a vital part in creating a welcoming first and last impression for our guests by assisting with luggage handling, valet services, and providing exceptional guest service throughout their stay.

Schedule Details:
Our Front Office department operates 24/7. The 8 hour shift will be assigned between 7am-11pm including weekends and holidays.
Additional Responsibilities Include:
Transport guest luggage to and from guestrooms upon arrival and departure
Escort guests to their rooms and provide information about resort amenities, services, and special features
Assist guests with immediate needs and maintain attentive service throughout their stay
Operate guest vehicles safely and professionally, including parking and retrieval
Inspect vehicles for damage prior to taking custody and document as required
Issue and collect valet claim tickets, ensuring accurate vehicle and guest information
Maintain cleanliness and proper working condition of bell and valet equipment and work areas
Maintain security of baggage and key storage areas
Demonstrate a courteous, professional, and friendly demeanor toward guests and team members at all times
Perform other duties as assigned to support resort operations

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid Hawaii Driver’s License
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly in English
Ability to work well under pressure in a busy arrival and departure environment
Team‑oriented mindset with strong judgment and organizational skills
Ability to lift 50 lbs or more repeatedly
