Bellperson & Valet

We are seeking a friendly, service‑oriented Bell / Valet Runner to join our hospitality team at Kaʻanapali Beach Maui. This role plays a vital part in creating a welcoming first and last impression for our guests by assisting with luggage handling, valet services, and providing exceptional guest service throughout their stay.

Schedule Details:

Our Front Office department operates 24/7. The 8 hour shift will be assigned between 7am-11pm including weekends and holidays.

Additional Responsibilities Include:

• Transport guest luggage to and from guestrooms upon arrival and departure

• Escort guests to their rooms and provide information about resort amenities, services, and special features

• Assist guests with immediate needs and maintain attentive service throughout their stay

• Operate guest vehicles safely and professionally, including parking and retrieval

• Inspect vehicles for damage prior to taking custody and document as required

• Issue and collect valet claim tickets, ensuring accurate vehicle and guest information

• Maintain cleanliness and proper working condition of bell and valet equipment and work areas

• Maintain security of baggage and key storage areas

• Demonstrate a courteous, professional, and friendly demeanor toward guests and team members at all times

• Perform other duties as assigned to support resort operations

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid Hawaii Driver’s License

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly in English

• Ability to work well under pressure in a busy arrival and departure environment

• Team‑oriented mindset with strong judgment and organizational skills

• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more repeatedly

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

• Bellman or Valet experience
