POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Belonging & Enrichment Coordinator plays a vital role in shaping an inclusive, engaged, and thriving student community within the College of Science and Engineering (CSE). As part of the Belonging & Enrichment team, this position implements and shapes programs and initiatives that foster belonging, leadership, and academic success for all CSE students. The Coordinator supports established efforts such as Women in Science and Engineering (WISE), the Community of Diverse Engineers and Scientists (CODES), CSE Living Learning Communities, and student organizations that help students find connection and purpose in and beyond the classroom.
This student-centered position is ideal for a team player passionate about student development and inclusion in STEM education. The Coordinator contributes to collaborations across CSE departments and with campus partners to cultivate experiences that enhance student wellbeing, leadership, and community. CSE Student Services offers a supportive, hybrid work environment (minimum three days on campus), with intermittent evening and weekend commitments supporting events and programs. The salary for this position starts at $55,280.91 and is dependent on the successful applicant’s experience and skills.
