What You’ll Do:

As a specialty carpenter, you’ll bring your carpentry skills to life while leading and contributing to our shop’s success. Your role will include:

• Crafting custom cabinets and unique components with precision and artistry.
• Operating advanced woodworking machinery and a variety of hand and power tools. Have the most advanced tools available to complete precision cabinets, floating shelves and components to complete the custom projects.
• Collaborating with design and sales teams to plan and execute production schedules.
• Ensuring every cabinet meets our high standards of craftsmanship and design.
• Maintaining equipment and managing inventory to keep the shop running smoothly.
• Inspecting materials and tools to ensure quality and resolve any issues.
• Following safety protocols to maintain a safe and productive workspace.
• Jumping into hands-on production to deliver projects on time.

Who We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a bench/ shop carpenter / cabinet maker who’s ready to make a difference through their craft. You’re the perfect fit if you:

• Have experience in trim carpentry or cabinet making and a passion for woodworking.
• Are skilled with power tools, table saws, routers, hand tools, and wood joinery techniques.
• Pay close attention to detail and take pride in creating flawless, high-quality work.
• Are eager to learn new techniques and grow in a dynamic, tech-forward environment.
• Bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to contribute to a team.
• Can lift heavy loads and assemble cabinets with ease.
• Bonus: Familiarity with architectural plans or CAD drawings is a plus, but not required.

• Location: North Austin
• Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
• Pay: Competitive, based on your experience and skill level
