Job Title: US IT Bench Sales Lead

- Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Salary: ₹40,000 - ₹70,000 per month
Job Responsibilities:
- Source job requirements from prime vendors, vendors, and clients.
- Submit bench consultants.
- Manage team.
- Get daily submissions and interview updates.
- Identify and market bench consultants for various IT positions such as software developers, business analysts, project managers, and other technical roles.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of available consultants for client projects.
- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and clients to generate opportunities.
- Negotiate rates with clients and vendors to ensure competitive placements.
- Candidate Relationship Management:
- Guide and assist consultants during the recruitment process, including interview preparation and client interaction.
- Address consultant concerns during project assignments to maintain satisfaction and retention.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in Bench Sales
- Strong understanding of various IT technologies and their market demand.
- Familiarity with job boards such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300,591.12 - ₹697,676.00 per year
