Duties

  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and leave policies.
  • Respond promptly to employee inquiries about benefit options, eligibility, and claims processes with clear and detailed information.
  • Coordinate with vendors and insurance providers to ensure seamless benefit enrollment, updates, and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate records of benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations in the benefits management system.
  • Assist in the communication of benefits-related updates, deadlines, and educational materials to employees.
  • Support annual open enrollment processes by preparing materials and guiding employees through the selection process.
  • Monitor benefit plan compliance with applicable laws and regulations, ensuring transparency and adherence.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in benefits administration roles.
  • Strong understanding of employee benefit programs such as health insurance, Life insurance. retirement plans.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex benefit information clearly and professionally.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks accurately.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of benefits management software.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
