Job Overview
We are seeking a Benefit Educator to support open enrollment and customer education events. This is a customer-facing role responsible for presenting employer-sponsored health benefits and educating employees about available plans, programs, and services. This position is as-needed with variable hours based on event demand, especially during peak enrollment season (August–December).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual and onsite benefit presentations for employees and members
• Represent the organization at benefit fairs, health fairs, and enrollment meetings
• Clearly explain health plans, benefits, and programs to groups
• Maintain knowledge of benefits and enrollment processes
• Track event details and attendance using CRM systems (Salesforce)
• Refer customer inquiries (billing, service, administration) to appropriate teams

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Active Health & Life Insurance License
• Experience presenting health insurance or employer-sponsored benefits
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms (WebEx, Teams)
• Ability to travel 75–100% and attend local/regional events
• Reliable transportation required
• Availability during August–December peak season.

Pay: $29.00 per hour
