Description:
Full-time, fully remote position in the NBS service center, working an 8-hour remote shift, Monday through Friday. Wonderful working environment with opportunity for growth. This position is full time, hourly, and nonexempt.
Duties

Support the service center by providing excellent customer service answering and responding to participant phone calls, voice mails, emails, and chats

Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor when communicating with our clients

Must meet or exceed required level of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in all measured areas by maintaining a high degree of productivity while adhering to the set work schedule

Review and upload reimbursement claims to our processing queues quickly and effectively

Adjudicate claims on occasion

Complete other projects as assigned by Director or Supervisor

Ability to work in a remote environment

Have strong typing and 10-key skills

Have excellent customer service skills

Strong writing skills with emphasis on proper spelling, grammar, and punctuation required

Spanish speaking useful
Education and Experience – High School diploma or equivalent work experience is required.
Physical Requirements – This position requires the employee to be seated the majority of the work time.
