Oakmont, PA – Full-time; M-F

The Benefits and Retirement Plan Specialist manages the health and welfare programs and retirement plans for the Network. The role provides overall administrative day-to-day oversight of all health, dental, vision, life insurance, flexible spending account, voluntary benefit, and short-term disability programs including assistance with team member questions; monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting; and overall compliance. The position will also manage the Network retirement plan for all campuses including retirement tracking, annual auditing, payroll contributions, and all compliance-related documentation.

Requirements for the Benefits and Retirement Plan Specialist:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, or four years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Exhibit knowledge of principles and procedures for compensation and benefits and human resources information systems.
  • Working knowledge of human resource systems; internet software, spreadsheet software, and word processing software.
  • Possess excellent organizational skills and be detail-oriented.
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and team members while maintaining confidentiality of records and specific circumstances.
