Join our dynamic team! As a Benefits Associate II, you’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing employee satisfaction and well-being. In this position, you will manage leave of absence requests, accommodations, and various benefits administrative functions. This role will collaborate with various HR teams, divisional benefits assistants and vendor partners. You can take part in ensuring that our employees receive the support they need to thrive both personally and professionally. Position Type: Full-Time
Starting Wage: $32.75 per hour
Wage Increases: Year 2 - $34.50 | Year 3 - $36.00 | Year 4 - $37.50
Work Location: Aurora, IL
This role is eligible to participate in ALDI’s Hybrid Work Program, which allows remote work up to 3 days per week (i.e., work remotely up to 3 days per week; work in-office at least 2 days per week).
