Summary
The Benefits and Wellness Coordinator assists employees with benefit enrollment and questions, manages all insurance billing, and maintains employee benefit elections in HRIS and employee benefits files.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in Human Resources related roles (HRBP, HR generalist, HR Benefits or HR representative)
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong knowledge of employee benefits regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM – CP) OR SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP)
- Experience with administering benefits in healthcare organization
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
