Summary

The Benefits and Wellness Coordinator assists employees with benefit enrollment and questions, manages all insurance billing, and maintains employee benefit elections in HRIS and employee benefits files.

Qualifications

Required
  • Prior experience in Human Resources related roles (HRBP, HR generalist, HR Benefits or HR representative)
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong knowledge of employee benefits regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM – CP) OR SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP)
  • Experience with administering benefits in healthcare organization
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
