We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Benefits Manager to lead and support a dynamic team member community across the Oneida Indian Nation’s diverse family of enterprises.
In this role, you’ll champion the team member experience by managing a comprehensive range of benefits programs—health, welfare, retirement, workers’ compensation, and leave of absence—while ensuring every team member receives the care, service, and support they deserve.
