Benefits Operations Specialist

Position: Benefits Operations Specialist

Location: Fully Remote in CST

Pay: $21 to $24/hour

Experience: Enrollment audits, data entry, and benefits administration experience preferred.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday – Friday, Day Shift (Must be able to work in Central Standard Time hours)

Greene Resources is seeking a Benefits Operations Specialist to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Research and resolve root cause issues from enrollment audits and mismatches.
• Make corrections in cloud-based benefits administration systems to align member data with carrier records.
• Work with carriers on retroactive, exception, or standard requests related to member-level eligibility.
• Maintain accurate documentation following workflows, procedures, and compliance protocols.
• Provide feedback and guidance to internal business stakeholders based on audit findings.
• Monitor and protect personal and confidential information according to HIPAA standards.
• Serve as the main point of contact for resolution throughout the lifecycle.
• Support department goals and complete additional projects as assigned.
  
  

Position Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and D365.
• Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of benefits administration systems and auditing processes.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
