• Deliver exceptional customer support via calls, chat, and email in Bengali.
• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate, timely solutions.
• Maintain professionalism, empathy, and positivity in every interaction.
• Log customer interactions and update systems accurately.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
• Meet performance targets including quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluent in Bengali (spoken & written) with good English communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems, typing).
