WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU?

As a Operation Manager, you are an integral part of the Inditex image. Your strong leadership skills and retail experience will set the example for your team while manage the department in accordance with company standards, working closely with the regional team to achieve the store's objectives and support the entire team. Some of your main responsibilities will be:

• Stockroom: Merchandise management, stock optimization, stockroom capacity (external stockroom), optimization of stockroom space to the benefit of the sales floor.
• Omnichannel: Sint, iPod, Drop Off, Collection of Online orders.
• Sales floor: Optimization of display, restocking, planning, and monitoring a coverage-based work program.
• Fitting rooms: Queue management and stock recirculation.
• Till: Queue management, returns, and stock and materials management.
• Shrinkage: monitoring of shrinkage data and actions together with the Store Manager.
• Merchandise: Management of incoming and outgoing merchandise (Backstock, General Returns, re-labelling)
• Standardization of processes, tools, and work areas.
• Monitoring performance indicators to track implemented actions and following up on reports analyzing the effectiveness of processes.
• Motivate, encourage, and inspire your team
• Analyze data to create the best strategy for your store
• Be an ambassador for our company’s sustainability strategy
• You are good in English.
