Beverage Cart Attendant

Position Overview

The Beverage Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional beverage service to members and guests in a country club setting. This role ensures a high standard of hospitality by preparing and serving drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and delivering a welcoming, professional experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to club standards
• Provide attentive, friendly, and personalized service to members and guests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar, beverage stations, and service areas
• Set up and break down beverage stations for daily service and special events
• Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
• Follow all local and state alcohol service laws and club policies
• Process orders accurately using POS systems and handle payments when required
• Assist servers and event staff with beverage service during banquets, golf outings, and private events
• Ensure proper glassware, garnishes, and presentation standards are met
• Report any member concerns or service issues to management promptly

Qualifications

• Previous experience in bartending, food & beverage service, or hospitality preferred
• Knowledge of basic drink preparation and bar operations
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Must meet minimum age requirements for alcohol service
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
