Beverage Manager

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Beverage Manager to manage our beverage programs, including bars, and service stations. The ideal candidate will be a creative, profit-driven leader responsible for elevating our cocktail/wine programs, optimizing inventory, and delivering exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities

  • Menu Development & Innovation: Design and implement high-quality, profitable cocktail, wine, and beverage menus that align with the brand.
  • Financial Performance: Control beverage costs, monitor inventory, and analyze P&L statements to achieve budgeted profitability.
  • Operations Management: Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure accurate, timely inventory ordering.
  • Team Leadership: Hire, train, schedule, and mentor bar staff to ensure consistent service standards.
  • Compliance & Safety: Maintain strict compliance with all health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations.
  • Guest Experience: Address customer feedback and complaints promptly to improve service quality.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in beverage management (bar, hotel, or restaurant).
  • In-depth knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and industry trends.
  • Proven experience in inventory management and cost control.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe).
