Restaurant Manager

Key Responsibilities

Operational Management

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service flow
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service

Staff Management

  • Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise restaurant staff
  • Monitor staff performance and conduct evaluations
  • Enforce discipline and company policies professionally

Customer Service

  • Ensure exceptional guest experience at all times
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback effectively
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Financial & Cost Control

  • Achieve sales targets and manage operational budgets
  • Control food cost, beverage cost, labor cost, and wastage
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports

Inventory & Administration

  • Monitor stock levels and conduct regular inventory checks
  • Coordinate with suppliers for timely ordering and deliveries
  • Ensure accurate documentation and reporting

Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with Qatar labor law and municipality regulations
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards (HACCP)

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 3–5 years experience in a Restaurant Manager or similar role
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays
