Key Responsibilities
Operational Management
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service flow
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service
Staff Management
- Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise restaurant staff
- Monitor staff performance and conduct evaluations
- Enforce discipline and company policies professionally
Customer Service
- Ensure exceptional guest experience at all times
- Handle customer complaints and feedback effectively
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Financial & Cost Control
- Achieve sales targets and manage operational budgets
- Control food cost, beverage cost, labor cost, and wastage
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Inventory & Administration
- Monitor stock levels and conduct regular inventory checks
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely ordering and deliveries
- Ensure accurate documentation and reporting
Compliance
- Ensure compliance with Qatar labor law and municipality regulations
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards (HACCP)
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays
