JOB SUMMARY

This position typically starts at $12 per hour + tips and works a variable schedule, including early days, weekends and holidays. Team members begin accruing PTO starting on day one, and full‑time employees are eligible for benefits after 90 days.

You’ll kick off each shift energized and ready to shine, greeting guests and teammates with the warmth that defines our Family Style Service culture. Every day brings something new as you work a flexible schedule, deliver fast and friendly beverage service, and help create unforgettable moments on the casino floor. You’ll stay sharp behind the scenes too, keeping your station spotless, handling transactions confidently, and teaming up with bartenders to craft the perfect drinks. With your personality and attention to detail, you’ll build real connections, anticipate needs, and make every guest feel like the star of the show.


HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY

  • Demonstrates regular and predictable attendance; arrives on time in a clean uniform with required name tag, ID, and licenses, ready to work with a positive, ready‑to‑learn attitude.
  • Greets guests and team members warmly and professionally, supporting our Family Style Service culture.
  • Works a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
  • Provides prompt, courteous beverage service to casino guests in designated gaming areas.
  • Takes drink orders, communicate with bartender, assist in preparation of drinks, and presents drinks to guests.
  • Accept payments and maintain accountabilities for all transactions.
  • Maintains a clean workstation.
  • Monitors guest consumption of alcohol and intervene as needed according to guidelines.
  • Provides personalized service and great experience for every guest, every time through interaction and building relationships.
  • Anticipates needs, provides fast, exceptional service and checks for satisfaction of guests.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Must be at least 21 yrs. of age.
  • Ability to read, write, and understand English.
  • Communicates effectively and maintains positive working relationships with guests, coworkers, and management.
  • Must pass the required background check.
  • Report to work in a neat and clean uniform, with slip resistant shoes. Well-groomed hair and personal hygiene are essential.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business.
  • Must be able to obtain Missouri Gaming License.
  • Must obtain a food handlers permit.
  • Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift, including holidays and weekends.
  • Must present a well-groomed appearance.
  • Must have excellent customer service/communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a loud, fast‑paced environment while handling multiple tasks under time constraints.
  • Requires frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and reaching throughout the shift.
  • Must be able to work independently along with a team mentality.
  • Must be able to bend, twist, turn, push and pull, as well as lift and carry above/below the shoulders a minimum of 25 lbs or more.
  • Must be able to work at a fast pace and in stressful situations.
  • Is able to tolerate areas containing second-hand smoke, high noise levels, bright lights and dust.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
  • Must be able to maneuver around office areas, effectively work in high traffic areas and responds to visual and aural cues.
  • Must have the dexterity to grip and work necessary items
