What Will You Do?

• Lead and supervise a team of in-house writers while coordinating with freelance contributors.
• Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics and client-specific domains, including gathering the latest statistics and credible data.
• Review, edit, and proofread article drafts for grammar, punctuation, clarity, flow, and factual accuracy.
• Ensure all published content meets the highest standards of clarity, accuracy, SEO best practices, and scientific/technical rigour (where applicable).
• Maintain content that is up-to-date, easy to understand, and free of bias or conflict of interest.
• Manage a dynamic workload and ensure all tasks are completed within the set deadlines.
• Create long-form or short-form content as needed.
• Optimize content according to SEO guidelines and internal quality standards.
• Manage the editorial calendar to ensure timely submissions and smooth workflow.
• Ensure all content aligns with company expectations, client requirements, and the in-house style guide.

What We Expect From You

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Banking, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in writing, copy editing, and proofreading.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical skills with clear, structured thinking.
• A team-player mindset with leadership aspirations.
